Senior Year
Important Dates and Information!
- Senior Parking Spot Information
- All seniors will have the opportunity to paint their parking spot for the 2024-2025 School Year. Seniors will be allowed to start purchasing their spots on August 1st and begin painting spots. All artwork for spots needs to be approved by administration prior to painting. The school will not provide any materials for this.

- This will be your first chance to get your order in for your graduation cap and gown!

- You will turn your orders in during lunch this day. This will also be your second chance at placing your order. PLEASE do not wait until the Spring to place your order!

- College Application Week!!
- September 30th - October 11th
- During these two weeks you will have the opportunity to apply for every college in the state of Montana for FREE with Apply Montana! This is the BEST time to apply for college in our state. You will fill out one simple application (NO essays) and it will automatically send it to every college you choose in Montana.
- The Common App is also a great way to apply for several colleges at once. Common App is the best place to apply for college out of state. You can begin this application now, but do know that often out of state colleges will waive the application fee during College App Week.
- Remember to double check application deadlines for colleges you are applying for - Specifically out of state colleges! Some of them are due early October-December.

- College Application Night & Reach Higher Scholarship Night in the EHHS Library

- This is a great night where you can work with Kerpa and Hoffman to complete college applications, ask questions about college, etc.
- Also, meet Andy Beggar! Our Reach Higher Scholarship representative who will talk about scholarship opportunities, dates & deadlines!

- FAFSA / FSA ID Night
- November 5, 2024 from 5:30-7:00 in the Library
- This is a VERY important night for you and your parents/guardians. You will work with your family to create an FSA ID which will help you begin the process of filling out your federal financial aid forms - FAFSA.
- Carroll College and Helena College admission teams will be here to assist you and your families to get you started.

- The application process will begin on December 1st. We highly recommend that you begin the FAFSA application as soon as possible.

- Come meet with the team from Reach Higher to hear about all the best scholarships available!

- This is the BEST time to apply for scholarships! Most applications run during these months.
- While these are the best months, there are lots available throughout the year! Watch for Ms.Kerpa’s weekly Scholarship Spotlights in your Google Classroom!

Junior Parent Information
PSAT Information
The PSAT exam is being offered at the high school on October 9th. This important exam can help prepare you to take your ACT in the spring and also give you good indicators on future SAT exams for college placement. If you are interested in taking the PSAT, please see Ms. Kerpa to sign up before September 27th.
ACT Information and Registration
More info to come - All Juniors are required to take the ACT in April.
